I have never found a trainer who recommended a five minute workout, so I was intrigued by the new claims of celebrity trainer David Kirsch. He is truly a motivator to his clients, who include Heidi Klum, Kerry Washington, and inspiration to everyone us all . A few weeks ago, I saw David Kirsch on “The View” talking about his 5 minute workout plan that allows you to lose 5 lbs in 5 days. Watch it HERE. Seems crazy right? Well I started this workout last week and it gets your heart rate up immediately. I love this workout because it’s flexible and actually seems like it could work for everyone who is short on time.
