Spring is coming!! Normally I would be excited about showing some skin, but I have had a few extra cocktails during the Christmas holiday season, and then there is all the left-over V-Day snacks. Plus I really hate working out.. Once I have been doing it for 2 to 3 months I really start to enjoy.
Just two weeks ago at New York Fashion Week show crop tops were all over the runway. Actually most fashion weeks shows I attended had a model showing her abs on the runway. Just look at singer Alicia Keys below rocking the fabulous Herve Leger.
And then yesterday I got another wake up call. Beautiful models Miranda Kerr and Behati Prinsloo hosted the launch of the new ” Fabulous” by Victoria’s Secret collection of bras, fragrances, and bikinis at the NYC store. I can’t wait to dish on the new spring styles tomorrow.
Whether we are ready or not, sleeveless tops, shorts, and crop top season is approaching and here’s an exercise to help get your abs in shape. NO excuses!! Change doesn’t happen over night!!
I ordered the Exhale series on dvd after trying a Core Fusion class in Dallas. These 10 minute workouts are really killers. Over time you will see results. It honestly depends on how often you do this workout..
