Well the Lombardi Family has done it again with a new hip concept, tucked above Bistro 31 in the historic Highland Park Village is the new champagne 31 Bar. The new culinary, drinks and entertainment venue has three distinct bars and entertaining areas, that all connect to form one incredible space. 31 offers guests a perfect blend of casual sophistication, cozy corners and European flair.
Combined with its overall eclectic vibe, 31 has been designed to feel like a historic villa that has been there forever. The menu, created by Bistro 31 Executive Chef Eric Brandt, features foods perfect for noshing before dinner, as a light dinner or late into the night. The champagne room has a selection of both domestic and foreign caviars and foie gras presentations. Throughout the patio bar and terrace villa, the menu features charcuterie plates, Mediterranean tapas and ceviches, fritto misto and signature cocktails. On weekends and late nights, music will set the mood at 31.
