Looking for some free fun? Try Art in the Square in Southlake!!!

I love Art in the Square produced by the Southlake Women’s Club. I have been a club member for six years, and this is one of my FAVORITE fundraisers of all time. It brings together people young and old for a weekend full of fun. Art in the Square is a three-day, annual juried fine art festival held in Southlake and starts next weekend.

The festival is attended  by more than 80,000 visitors and over 140 artists each year. Art in the Square also features two stages with fabulous entertainment, a bistro walk with plenty of food and beverages, a fun zone for teens and ‘tweens, and a younger children’s area sure to delight kids and parents. The Southlake Women’s Club is proud to provide three days of quality family fun—with no admission fees! Proceeds from the three-day weekend benefit local charities.

Stir Crazy  has a crazy special this weekend. Get over to Stir Crazy and try some of their yummy delicious Asian cuisine, and see what all the locals are raving about.  The freshly prepared Asian dishes feature the bold and delicious flavors of Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese food. Their highly acclaimed menu offers more than 50 dishes ranging from traditional Chinese favorites to innovative specialties from across Asia.  I am so glad this place finally  made it to the suburbs. Stir Crazy will be donating a portion of their profits to the Southlake Women’s Club benefiting the  Art in the Square Fundraiser. The fun starts tomorrow and ends on Sunday
